What should I keep my hair accessories in?

Some of you may know that before SYLKI, mum and I accidentally started our business journey when making face masks during lockdown:

We used top quality hyperallergenic cotton poplin fabric which was perfect for washing and made our masks reusable. We sourced these fabrics from small British fabric suppliers who we value very much for helping us keep up with demand.

Once the world opened up the demand for these dropped dramatically, however, we were left with a lot of fabric and had to stop giving business to our trusted cotton poplin fabric suppliers. 

Last summer, we decided to make cosmetic bags that were both washable and aesthetic. No more dirty, stained plastic bags which not only are harmful to our environment but also look ugly in your vanity. 

 So, with summer holidays soon approaching we decided to add our quilted makeup bags as an extension to our SYLKI products. We will release new prints as fabric becomes available and hope you love them just as much as we love making them and repurposing these gorgeous fabrics.

Our first print is a floral pink makeup bag available in size regular and large.
